After several months of using and parking the “hearse” in and around our
area, how strange that the local press and local radio have resisted
satisfying the curiosity of their readership and listeners regarding my
campaign.
Their commitment to “news blackout” was a decision easily taken.
Newspapers and commercial radio are sponsored by advertising, so much of
their revenue comes from the banking sector.
There is, and never was a need to take sides. I am not asking any favours.
But there is a moral obligation here. It is the media’s duty to highlight
the injustices in society, not smother them! They have awarded themselves
the right to control what YOU read and hear, thus treating us like children.
Credit card holders are, routinely, being ripped off by their banks in an
unbelievably transparent manner, and thus betrayed by “regulators” who
refuse to act.
I have presented the facts to the Llanelli Star and Scarlet FM. If they
disagree with my claim that “balance transfer fees” are nothing but “interest” under a false title, I’m sure we would all welcome some evidence.
Unless they feel the same as the Halifax – blank the crank who drives around
in a retired hearse – and sooner or later – he’ll go away.
Maybe so, but not just yet, I’m getting mountains of positive feedback and
support!
